You must disable pop-up blocking software in order to view items on eReserves. If you have any questions, contact the Library Systems Help Desk (7-5915).
1/1/2005: Accessing EReserves through Prometheus
If you are having trouble accessing E-Reserves through Prometheus, use these instructions to reconfigure Internet Explorer:
- On the top menu of Internet Explorer, click ‘Tools’ and select ‘Internet Options…’.
- Click on the ‘Privacy’ tab.
- Click the ‘Advanced’ button.
- Make sure the following are selected: Override automatic cookie handling, First Party Cookies = Accept, Third Party Cookies = Accept, Always allow session cookies.
